We no longer use this vendor for our hotel property since April 2023. …
We no longer use this vendor for our hotel property since April 2023. We were unhappy with the quality of their services but had a credit of $470.67. Alicia of their office stated that they do not give refund checks. I have attempted to reach Alicia since May 2023 with no response. When I call, I ask to speak to the owner and they say he will email me back. This was on 6/6/23. I emailed again 8/8/23 and still nothing. I have not heard back from them, and they still owe us the credit. I do not recommend them at all. - via
