Condescending front desk staff with poor customer service skills. The first scuba set up had an audible leak, the 2nd set up had a missing bite piece which made keeping the regulator in my mouth difficult. The boat captain and dive crew were more professional.
In my 54 dives, this is the 2nd out of 2 worst dive shops, across 4 countries, i have visited. Overall I would not return or recommend this dive shop. - via
