I am very happy that I managed to come across Oceanic Dive Center while being in Phuket.
Rachel, with whom I did 7 dives, turned out to be a great instructor with a lot of experience. Not only did I complete 3 SSI specialty courses with her, but I also received a lot of important and meaningful tips on equipment, proper weighting and buoyancy skills. Thanks to her individual approach and full dedication to the student, tailored exercises and no rush, our one to one dives were the longest I have ever done.
I regret that my vacation in Thailand is over and that I could not take more courses with Rachel. Apart from diving, I also had a great chance to listen to her beautiful British accent with a pinch of British humor, which I love! I sincerely recommend this training center to everyone, as they practice a truly individual approach to their students, not a factory type of customer service aimed at large turnover. - via
