Bad experience! Suspect now fraud at this provider. We only saw a few birds. This fact could simply be described as bad luck. At the end of the trip we were given a voucher for a new trip. Since we left on the same day, we contacted the provider several times by email and asked if the discount could be applied to the first trip in this exceptional case. We have not received any response to several inquiries. Oh... and in the evenings photos of whales and dolphins were released as daytime sightings. We suspect fraud. - via
