We arrived not really knowing what the place was. We are not skiers and maybe this is why we were met with outright hostile reception from the 3 staff.
It says there's a hiking trail there. As soon as I tried to open the door that leads to the park I was yelled at and told I had to buy a ticket to get outside.
I will look into whether the actual trail is private property and if they can even charge for using it (other than for skiing).
However, this is not the matter I'm complaining about.
It's the customer service. They are angry, rude and aggressive.
Oh, when we were leaving we wanted to see what was across the road and a completely insane woman jumped out of their trailer and started yelling at us at the top of her voice.
I don't recommend this experience to anyone, unless you want to be received with hostility and be an object of abuse for people who apparently think they can take out their frustrations with their miserable lives on customers. - via
