The whole experience was great! I got a very detailed email a few days before flying out. All the staff were very welcoming and shared tips for getting around. My instructor, Pavel, was professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was really glad I went with the AC option for my room. The room was clean and the cleaning staff gave me some items as I ran out before they were scheduled to clean my room. A bonus was the whatsapp group. I got to meet other travelers and hang out with them a couple of times this week. Puerto Escondido felt super safe, too. It was just an all-around positive experience and I hope to return at some point for some more lessons. - via
