10/10 The staff was friendly from start to end. The first time I came Andrew was our tour guide we had such a good time, the Utvs are now a must do when visiting Puerto Rico because of him. This time around our guide was Jamel and he was an awesome replacement for Andrew. He was fun and shared the history of the forest with us. He made sure we had a good time and showed us some amazing views of the forest. The rainforest is a must see, the experience and staff here are amazing. You and your group will be glad you went. - via
