A friend and we went on a tour trip with Illi from maldives water sports. We paid him and he took us to the pier to get on the boat. The sea was rough and wavy. Illi didn't come on the boat and there was 3 crew man that spoke a little English. The whole ride we felt sick and quiet bad due to the high waves. It was not possible to continue like this, although no one of the crew said anything. We told them we would like to come back and they immediately agreed and thanked us. On the pier, Illi was not empathic and was busy with phone calls. He agreed to refund little more than 50%. After that he just left without saying anything.
Any business that would like to take care of the customers would behave in more empathic way. Be careful and also aware of the weather conditions. - via
