Stayed a week in November 2021 on the Scuba only package and did 17 dives. Had an amazing time on ScubaSpa. All the crew was very attentive and made sure we were always happy. The dive team, especially our guides Branden and Buddy was the best! Had amazing dives with Mantas, marble rays, eagle rays, turtles and lots and lots of sharks. Rani was exceptional, thank you so much for your service! Overall had an amazing time and really appreciate Rani and the housekeeping team services. However, despite having an amazing time there were little things that annoyed us. For example the 1gb free wifi and then $100 for unlimited wifi and their 1 free coffee a day quota then the additional coffees are around $12 ($10++) and lastly 4% credit/debit card charge. I completely understand that it is business and this is done everywhere. But it just made the resort seems a bit cheap, it would have been better if all these little things were included (and increase the total price if they must) but by doing it this way we felt like the resort was trying to squeeze every bit of money they can and it’s just a bit sad plus I never came across a 4% for using debit card before. All in all, had a great time on ScubaSpa, loved the dives, crew and the resort and would definitely be back (next time we'll buy a sim at the airport). Thank you for such an amazing week. - via
