I was recommended here awhile back, and thought because of the great reviews it would be an awesome place to begin my scuba diving instruction. I paid upfront, talked to the manager, front desk, and basically every person in the building. You'd think that in this entire process of coming in on multiple occasions, being fitted for a scuba diving suit, paying, asking numerous questions, etc I would have been given a diving instruction manual. Nope! I showed up for class and was dunked in the pool like a fool.. I didn't find out until after the whole fiasco show that everyone else had plenty of time to study up. You can guess how I feel about the entire operation. BOGUS! To make matters worse they treated me like I was the problem. I was given my money back and told to go somewhere else. Well, okay! You won't hear any arguments from me. To even suggest that their failure to communicate on such a routine thing is on me beyond unprofessional. This was not the experience someone wants on their first scuba dive. I didn't walk away - I ran.
If I give one zero stars I would. - via
