I have had bad service from Waterline, I have had large valued orders signed to say they have been delivered, but they haven’t and it was the delivery drivers who signed for it, I then get the accounts ringing me for me to pay for things without invoices saying they have been delivered, Waterline will let you down on delivery dates and if you dare say anything you will have the director ring you and give you abuse on the phone, then will put the phone down on you. This is not how I would treat my customers. - via
