The service I got was not up to standard at all. I booked and paid for 11:00 and was delayed and told to sit in waiting area with no explanation whilst receptionist attended to non white customers paying on the day. The eventual experience was lovely but honestly was difficult to get enjoy after being overlooked. If you are black be prepared to feel like you don’t belong - via
