Absolutely wrong! We had agreed on a fixed date and time with the owner weeks in advance to try out diving for the 16th year old's birthday. My son and his friends and we parents were at the diving school half an hour before the agreed time. Nobody came!! No one answered the phone and no one responded to the contact form. It wasn't until a day later that someone from the diving school contacted me with the following message: At 11:00 a.m. we were already at the lake and the course had been going on for a long time

This diving school is not recommended under any circumstances, you can forget a child on their 16th birthday and then you won't care at all. This is unprofessional and the last thing. I would never recommend this diving school and certainly never go there again.!! The owner's response to my review is also simply a lie. There were two phone calls and a fixed and planned date was set for July 24th. But of course it's easy to make things up instead of sincerely apologizing. There was no special promotion for my request because the appointment was supposed to be on July 24th. The untrue answer now makes the company even more unprofessional! I relied on the fact that the appointment was set and that it was on the day of the child's 16th birthday. It's unbelievable to treat customers this way and then spread untruths. -via
