The staff here are very helpful. We ordered 1 room they had for my disable mother and it got water damaged. They immediately tried to find another room to accomadate her. They were able to find another room with just a shower but regarding the beds if you have a need for lower beds ask for the roll away cot, all their beds are high. The cleaning crew and front desk staff are amazing! - via
