Firstly, the process and communication of booking with this company was seamless. Being a non local booking things from overseas, you are always skeptical of what is being promised and what hets delivered. However, in this case they Bali Agung delivered more than what they promised!
Dian is fantastic to communicate the arrangements and he makes sure everything is in place when you arrive with instant and easy WhatsApp confirmations.
The star of the company is "Oki". He is an absolute asset while you are travelling with him be it local knowledge, driving, tour guiding and also photography!
Oki is a passionate young man who makes you feel so welcome that within minutes you feel you are travelling with a friend.
To be honest we thought, we will only be driven around but Oki's real earnesty and determination ensure You are at the centee of everything makes you love Bali!
If we would have visited the touristy places we did on our own, 100% we would get bored slightly without any local knowledge.
Oki makes aure you are comfortable and having the best of time.
Ensuring the car is turned on with ac on before we come so we are not too hot, dropping us to the doorstep of monkey forest and them going to park the car as the parking is 10 minutes walk, taking beautiful photos for you and patiently also doing retakes for wife ?? Oki goes above and beyond!
He is creatively efficient with his ideas of itinerary and at the end of day1 we became friends and also ended up having lunch together.
