I came in looking for fins and booties for the first time. Steve was awesome. I’m pretty sure this process took way longer for me than it normally does, as sizing was a bit of an issue for me. But Steve was patient and kind, and made sure I left with something I feel comfortable with. Would definitely return for future needs. - via
