I did 2 dives and 1 kayaking trip with them. The dives were nice, the first one being kind of a "refresher", and the second one including a visit to small (sailing boat) shipwreck at around 20m. Overall nice experience.
The 2nd day, we did a kayaking trip from Vathy to Filiatro, with a tandem kayak with my girlfriend. Even though we were both beginners (and the weather helped with a nice breeze) and not very fit, Ilias helped us feel confidence that we could do it, tailor made changes to what we liked / our pace during the trip (since we were the only ones that day), and gave us a very pleasant experience. However, you should be ready, if there is no breeze and full sun (we were when the temperature was 38+), it can get quite hot and hard, we were very lucky on this regard. Take a lot of water and have fun! - via
