Javier is wonderful! I highly recommend Tip Top of you're getting your PADI! The staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and safe. They have years of experience and it really shows!
I wasn't particularly confident going into my Open Water Diver PADI. My instructor Javier carefully explained each exercise, answered all questions, and worked with me in the areas I didn't feel comfortable. I really can't thank him enough. His expertise, patience, and calm approach made me feel really at ease. I left with both my OWD PADI and a bit more confidence.
