Absolutely awful!! Hard to get a hold of-called multiple numbers probably 15 times before getting anyone to answer. Showed up 30 mins. late to the pick up. Huge flat bottom boat. 20 divers and only 2 dive masters. No bathroom on the boat. Very very rude. My son who was doing his first non-certification was berated for being the first to get low on air. My older so said if he was spoken to like that he would never dive again. After the dive, you have to wait around for 45 min. before the bus takes you back. This was our first dive trip with the whole family-super heartbreaking!! - via
