Bad experience. I booked to do a diving test and they stood me up. I went at the agreed time and day and there was no one there. I called the manager and he was in another country! And he told me that someone was coming. I waited for half an hour and no one came. I contacted by email to receive written explanations because my French is not very good and the person refused to give me explanations. It is surprising to find such a terrible professional attitude in Switzerland. - via
