I had a particularly unhelpful experience when dealing with a confrontational member of staff for the online shop. No idea what the dive centre or physical shop is like but maybe shop around before purchasing equipment online. Poor customer service and bad returns policy when compared to other online outlets which cover the cost of returning items. - via Google
