I went paragliding with Brandon, who was very professional. We landed smoothly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only issue was that they were supposed to take 7 pictures, but they only took 3. Since I had traveled from another state, I missed the chance to have more memories captured. Another disappointment was that I couldn't download the 3 pictures, and it took me 2 days of follow-up. An employee told me I had to come in person to pick them up or they could mail them to me. She didn't assist me in getting them via email, but the manager was understanding and sent them to me. - via
