Had a 12:30 reservation, arrived at 12:15, was told we have to complete a temp boating license and can get on the water at 1:30p. Agreed to that. Paid and psssed the online boating license, returned back at 1:06 for our jet ski rides, was told that our timeslot for 1:30 was filled (they filled someone else for some odd reason) and we can go at 2p. Which did not fit our schedules due to a flight. We requested a refund on the phone with the owner or manager Kieth and was told it's a $25/pp same day cancellation fee. How are we charged for your workers are the one that did not do their job correctly. If you say we can go at 1:30 and we say okay and walk about to go sit and complete the test then what was confusing and now why am I penalized for your mistake.
