A really bad hotel experience! First of all, except for the lady at the reception, the other employees were very good, thank you. However, the lady working at the reception desk was really rude and had a bad attitude. It is not nice that the hotel asks you to pay a deposit at the entrance or leave your passport or ID card with them. Especially after seeing how useless and full of old stuff the room was! There are definitely not enough sockets, the closet is completely useless, there is no shelf and they put 3 hangers, 1 per person :) There is no table in the room, so you can only put your personal belongings on the bed. The bathroom really smells incredibly bad. Especially when you first turn on the water to take a shower, a really bad smelling water comes out. There is nothing called water pressure in the shower head. The faucet in the sink is so small that it is impossible to wash your hands without touching the sink. The doors are still padlocked and unlocked and this is really annoying. Everything in the room is really, really old. They also don't provide beach towels. When we asked the rude lady at the reception why, she said it was difficult to wash because the towels were sandy. They give you a pool towel but they want you to use it for 2-3 days and then change it and you have to sign when you get the towel :) During check-out, while you are waiting at the reception, they go and check the room if you have stolen or broken anything, which is a treatment I have never seen in any hotel anywhere in the world in my life. But hey, they provide free transfer to the pier! - via
