At the beginning everything was smooth while our booking, but unfortunately later on we had to reschedule our booking because of the weather conditions.
And while we change our booking day , we had the same issue , because of the weather they had to reschedule again our booking and since we had to change to multiple time our vacation schedule was not suitable to do the skydiving.
And we had to request to refund our payment, and since we had to refund our payment there support was very very unprofessional at all , since the payment was not a little. They said it will take 1 week, and now we already have been waiting for a 1 month and there customer service are very ver unprofessional,
Until now we did not receive our refund, and don’t know how to communicate with them , since they are not responding to there emails and WhatsUp.
So please advise how to claim our refund ? - via
