The people here are really nice but are not organized. I came in and reserved some gear with a younger girl that I was going to pick up 2 days later. When I showed up no one was in the shop, I was waiting for over 20min until the owner walked in. I needed the equipment that day so I couldn’t leave and come back. Nothing was written down or put aside for me so it took even longer for him to call the girl (who was off) and try to figure out what I had reserved. I don’t know a lot about scuba gear, so all I remembered where what the fins looked like. We dug through boxes and he ended up giving me mixed matched stuff that hopefully fit me and my mom. Also a couple walked in asking a lot of questions about stuff around the store and the owner started talking to them when he was suppose to be helping me and kinda put me aside. Then he realized what he was doing and started helping me again. I wish I could’ve had a better experience here. - via
