If you're doing just tandem, all their instructors highly experienced, you can completely trust them to keep you safe on your jump, whether you'll find pleasant and fun is totally subjective and also dependents on the instructor you get. The people at the reception/manifest are not the friendliest nor the most approachable people (they're from jersey, it's understandable ;), and they don't like answering questions, but they do get the job done eventually, you'll just have to have patience. The drop zone itself is great, got all facilities you'll need. Overall a fun place! and you definitely won't have a bad experience. - via
