I booked a 5 day dive package and paid on arrival, but had to cancel after 3 days because of health problems. After telling the staff, i got a refund for the remaining 2 days immediately, no problem at all. Also, the divemasters are great and it was a great experience diving with Blue Magic in Cozumel overall. Would highly recommend them and will definitely come back and dive with them again. - via
