Amazing crew who did their best to ensure the tour was going to run smoothly.
Given this boat was only one of two who decided to go out on our day of tour 3/9 and every other tour boat cancelled due to weather conditions was a little concerning.
Some did however manage to swim or see a whaleshark but it was very difficult given the rough high swell. When the stabiliser for the marlin board broke off and there were still people in the water with limited swimming ability this created a very high risk situation. Safety should come first. As someone who suffers seasickness and if I had a choice of being advised of these conditions I would of cancelled.
I don’t think it’s fair staff or customers should of been placed in this unsafe environment due to poor weather.
