this is a dishonest hotel. they canceled the prepaid entertainment. the office manager told me that I can return the money on the ship from my agency. when I got on the ship, the agency said it was not possible. started calling octopus. The office manager denied everything. she lied that she offered me alternatives and I simply refused. do not recommend this hotel, they stole money for entertainment. - via
