東京でコツコツ通いながら、ライセンス取得をしたいと思い利用させて頂きました。
5スター店舗とやらで期待しておりましたが、以下の観点より星1を付けさせてもらいました。
・購入したものとは違う道具が届く。(サイズ違いや色違いなど。)
・購入した道具に不備があり再三訴えたが、「このままでいきましょう」と言うだけで対応してくれない。
実際のファンダイビングでは使用しない道具、もしくはレンタルで済む道具の購入を勧められ購入してしまいましたが、それはこちら側の勉強不足でした。
マレアさん側も商売ですのでいろいろと勧めてきてくれるのですが、これから購入を予定される方は自分で調べたり、既にライセンス取得されている人に聞いたりして、じっくりと考えてから購入してください。
海洋実習のときでさえも購入した道具の不備を何度も申し出ましたが、スタッフさん同士の情報共有がされていないのか、一切対応してくれませんでした。店舗に直接メールを送って初めて対応してくれたのですが、修理するので交通費をかけてその道具を持って来いとのこと。
さらに、わざわざ持って行ったのにも関わらず謝罪もありませんでした。
修理が終わったらまた取りに来いとのことでしたので、さすがそこは送ってくれとお願いしました。
いろいろと話をしていくと、「なぜあのときに言ってくれなかったのか」とうことが沢山出てきたので、手間と費用をかけたくない、高くて儲かるを買わせたい、というのがよく分かりました。
ライセンスの取得は、沖縄や熱海などでの合宿で一気に済ませてしまうことをオススメします。道具は一旦はフルレンタル、ゴーグルなどはライセンスを取得してから自分に合ったものをじっくり選んでから買われると良いです。
マレアさんのスタッフの方々は愛想も良く、講座自体は楽しく受けることが出来ました。しかし、講座前後の対応が良くなかったのが残念です。
マレアさん側の人手不足も原因にありそうです。連勤をボヤいてるスタッフさんもいましたので。
