I chose to ignore the other negative reviews thinking that maybe it had been an isolated incident or people were exaggerating, but unfortunately the same thing happened to me. Their communication is unfortunately pretty terrible, and making any attempt to call their number for support leads to zero response. I wish there was some alternative for the pearl diving experience, but unfortunately this just seems to be the only thing available? In other reviews they mention, "oh there was a problem with the boat" or some other trouble, but the thing is that they DON'T COMMUNICATE that to the customer and so the customer is left in the dark about things. I have no idea why I haven't been able to get a hold of them and they never responded to my e-mails or calls. If it's overwhelming for them to address each individual client, they could at least set up a voicemail service or update their website with important information? But no, you get nothing from them. I'd advise against this company. - via
