Horrible experience! They cancelled the flight before due to bad weather, and getting a refund is a nightmare! They make you feel like you are asking for a favour, yet it is their absolute obligation to do so. I am not so sure if I will ever get the refund back, and I would not recommend them to anyone due to their very bad customer service! - via
