Horrible communication. I've stayed for an additional 3 days at the lake for this, trying to contact them but could not get a response. Managed to reach them via hostel nearby, when they told me they are unavailable, making lame excuses, despite their website indicating otherwise. The only way to contact them directly is by email. - via
