Well this place is a treasure, with all the random things on sale plus the economic home cleaner refills, and I also have recently discovered awesome breadmixes. So while i buy flour and hand work loaves , turns out they have have a great rye mix. Not only does it taste great but it works well in a machine breadmaker. I use breadmakers as mixers, but this time I let a standard breadmix cycle operate on rye and hey it worked well. These form well and are not too heavy.
Also try Italian Herb mix. Its really tasty. - via
