Dirk and his team took really good care of my buddy and I for our Dugong diving trip. The dive crew was professional and experienced. The Dugong day trip is not a regular kind of program. Many things outside of the operator’s control could go wrong – the local authorities (Dugong police) assigned to your boat, finding a calm and settled Dugong, visibility, other boats and divers, rough seas etc.. This is where the experience of Dirk and his team shone as they navigated around these problems. The fees, regulations, and involvement of the Dugong police can get a little complicated. Do your research and ask lots of questions while planning this trip. Dirk was very prompt to respond. I wouldn’t have done the my Dugong dive trip with any other operator. - via
