These people have the worst customer service ever. I've sent 8 emails, endless calls and texts and I can't get a single person to carry on a conversation about how to actually dive with this company. After speaking with a bunch of locals, I've realized this is normal for them. Don't waste your time. There are other dive shops on the lake who actually want your business and will return phones calls. - via
