Needed to get a Hollis HD200 BCD at short notice after being let down by my usual supplier (claiming they had one in stock online, took my money, then sent me email saying 4 weeks. Then saying they’d ‘try’ to improve on it but not bothering it seemed, so I lost three weeks in all)
I Contacted Sunderland Scuba Centre. Andy was open from the start. He would have to order one in but he felt confident he could get it to me within a week in time for my trip. True to his word I received my Hollis with a day to spare.
Great customer service, kept fully informed and very competitive pricing. No hesitation in recommending SSC, I’ll certainly be back. - via
