I already knew I'm supposed to mow and water the lawn, but it's easy to wait another day. Anderson from GreenGrass stopped to talk to me about it and reinforce why it's important. I was scheduled for fertilizer, but he said he was going to wait until the lawn had enough moisture to make it effective. He managed to do that in a way that was motivating, not insulting.
