Paragiding, my first time. Went with my wife and nephew. Safe, secure and not scary. It was an amazing experience that I will definately be doing again. The views were incredible as we were flying with the birds. A peaceful experience and a great way to see Costa Rica's beautiful mountains and coastline. - via
