What to say that hasn’t already been said? Lanta Divers run a tight ship,… literally!
Their excursions are smooth, well organised, and executed with precision timing (which made it embarrassing when I turned up a little late on my first dive day - sorry ♂️)
They provide a really decent and varied breakfast and lunch, and the punctual nature of each trip, including the island choices and routes, maximises your dive time meaning you get the best experience in the water.
I completed my OWD PADI with them and my instructor, Gaz, was the best balance of professional and chilled, but fun. At the start I made him aware that I have ADHD and he was understanding of that across the three days of dives we had, especially during the pool training day. He’s exactly the kind of person you’d want around in a high risk/hazard situation (thanks Gaz) :)
During the open water dives, a photographer (Nick) will likely join you underwater, and he captures some truly incredible and memorable moments, which you can then purchase, should you choose to. I went with a group of friends (we were 8 in total) and he did a great job of managing to get great pics of all of us (there was even a tricky, but well captured,underwater group shot - well done Nick)!
From start to finish, dealing with Lanta Divers was easy and seamless and I will likely return to complete my AOWD with them, due to how comfortable they made me feel during my scuba dives (and, tbh, in general).
This is a confidence boosting contingent that I look forward to spending more time with!
