After filling out the wavers through their portal, we were told that the wavers we filled out were out of date and therefore not valid. Instead of calmly asking us to fill out the new form we were blamed and treated VERY rudely by the ladies at the front desk. They need to get their stuff in order rather than blaming the customer for their negligence. I cannot recommend the service I received to anyone. The hills were in good condition but it was greatly overshadowed by the poor customer service. - via
