Went into your store for a new mask only to find your NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES POLICY. This effectively keeps me out as a customer...what if I spend $200 on a new mask : I have lost all my money. Best to order from the internet and take your chances rather than buy from a STORE THAT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CHECK THE MASK OUT IN A SWIMMING POOL. I rented one of their masks to try it but all of the used masks do not reflect their inventory. Beside the $73 mask I tried out had overall less durability than the one I bought 5 years ago. - via
