One thing is sure, Kayak Africa runs two exceptional locations. Superb places with no doubt.
The catering we enjoyed was great but was the result of a special order which had been outsourced.
Equipment, boats and facilities are a bit tired. Service is friendly and "baba-cool".
In a nutshell ... great and unique locations but do not expect any luxury standards even though I would qualify it as a glamping destination.
If you are happy with simple backpacker standards, this is paradise! If you seek eco-luxury and top service, this place is not for you. - via
