My kid was made to leave during covid and rendered homeless, managed to make it back to school the next year, and struggled hard in isolation. At the end of the school year, applied and got a loan approval letter, and the Department of Education was waiting for information from Webster. Paperwork to complete a few classes for senior year was turned in, Webster lost the application paperwork. With no advisor, did not know until my kid tried to log in to pick classes and found Webster never completed loan information, so no apartment, scholarships gone. Every time we have called to work something out Webster has a new administrator, has no idea what we are talking about, and demands we must pay out of pocket in full now to even register for the few classes to graduate. And what do we expect them to do their hands are tied until we paid in full. They send me monthly emails to long in but the system says I can not? Really frustrated as a parent and tired of call them. - via
