We aren't the typical "all-inclusive" type, so we were skeptical going in on this option. However, our friends are members here and wanted to go as a group. That said, the shuttle was easy from the airport, the check-in was easy, and we were impressed the whole week. My first impression: I had some trash in my hand, and thought, "Ya know, if this is truly a 3 Diamond 5 Star resort, wouldn't it be cool if someone actually came up and took my trash?" Sure enough, within 30 seconds, a worker asked if he could take that from me. I was super impressed. The meals were all fantastic. The beach is great. The pools are a nice temperature. The room was impressive, the view was great. The service all-around was very charming and more than willing to help with anything. I had low or unknown expectations, but this resort definitely surpassed my dreams. We were thrilled. - via
