The owners are nice, friendly people. However, I did not have a positive experience when going through their certification process. Mainly because my 13 year old son was scolded by one of their teachers during the course of instruction, apparently for making a mistake in a non-life threatening situation. Not in my presence, but he later told me about it. There's a right way and a wrong way to teach. This affected him negatively and we ultimately discontinued the process because of it. - via
