waited for 5hrs coz they informed me that therapist will be available after 5hrs then they called me 6hrs after to inform me that the therapist cancelled it. Disappointed! waited for how many hrs then they informed me late that they dont have therapist to do it. they should inform me ahead of time to that i can call other spa to do the home service. i cant recommend this spa. 2 stars for them - via
