事前にHPで展示内容を予習……と思いきや、特筆すべき見どころや内容がなく……
実際に訪れたところ、施設はきれいではあったものの入場料を考えるとやや不釣り合いでは、という印象。
珍しい生体展示がちらほらあるものの、学術的掲示物がほとんどなく、あってせいぜい一部の生体の学名程度。
牡蠣やホヤ、シャケの展示はこの地方ならではと思うのにもう少し説明掲示があっても良いのでは。
子どもが遠足で来る分には適度な規模かもしれないが、大人が知識欲や好奇心を満たすには物足りない。
イルカショーはトレーナーもイルカもきっと修行中なのだろう。ショーが終わった後に自主的にバック水槽に戻るイルカがわたしにはハイライトだった。
館内動線案内も分かりにくく、出口近くまで来て回っていないエリアがあるのに気がついて戻った。
これからの改善と成長が期待される水族館と思う。 - via
