Unfortunately, no matter how nice the location, beach, and amenities are….poor customer service was the final impression. Whether it’s the front desk, restaurant employees, or towel attendant, the staff doesn’t seem trained or the management doesn’t emphasize the importance of customer service. Employees rarely make eye contact or say hello in passing, no one went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable or memorable, and in the end we left thinking the trip was FINE but would we return to LionsDive after seeing the brand new Kontiki beachfront towers a few hundred feet down the same beach? Definitely not. - via
